Sue, Christine, and Verona have cared for my wife, Lorraine, for the past three years, visiting 3 mornings per week - lately 2 to control costs. Bed-bathe and shampoo on Mondays, bed-bathe and prep for the weekend on Fridays.
Lorraine is in her 13th year of alzheimers and is confined to a hospital

Carer was punctual, very professional, ticks every box we wanted, and dad, who was initially nervous, is now totally relaxed about having his personal care done, which is really pleasing. We would definitely recommend them 100%.

The carers are wonderful who go over and beyond the call of duty.
I know my mother is in save hands and treated with dignity. They care like my mother, as if she was theirs. It has taken a huge wait off our families shoulders.

My mother is so happy when they arrive and loves the attention they
give her. Their visits have helped with my mum's health condition and also allowed her to remain at home.
The family are so in awe of the staff and thank them for there continual high standard of care.
Furthermore, the managers and administration team are so good too in always being there to provide support and advice when needed.

Helping Hands have looked after my Mother for over a year and I was impressed throughout by the standard of care.
One of the carers particularly went the "extra mile" at every opportunity.

The Rainham team are exceptional. From the moment they came to my Mum's house they were warm, kind, respectful - just wonderful. My Mum is 84, has dementia and was very reluctant to receiving any help (other than family). Within 3 visits she loves them and cannot wait for them to return. The turnaround
in my mother's memory, health and mood has been astonishing. She now goes out with them for walks, lunch and has a new lease of life. We are eternally grateful to the team.

We have used Helping Hands Bromley for around 2 years to have visiting carers for my 96 year old Mum. Without exception the carers have been kind, very capable and very friendly and professional. The office staff respond almost immediately with any queries or date adjustments we have, and are very
flexible and reliable. The whole experience has been a positive one, and now Mum is going to have round the clock care, set up by the Head Office but with our Bromley office overseeing things too. A superb service and we would not want to use any other company.

I just want to leave a personal review for Christina at Croydon Helping Hands. My mother in law has Alzheimer's and I have to personally say a huge thank you to Christina not just for the support she gave Brenda , but for all the support and friendship she gave me. It's hard to watch a loved one struggle
with dementia and I want to be the very best support to Brenda that I can. This has been helped by Christina. She is amazing! She always took my calls, gave me wonderful advice and encouragement and recommended the best products and techniques to make Brenda's life better .
Christina has endless patience, especially since I'm not the brightest of folk!
She really is an amazing credit to Helping Hands and I feel privileged to have known her. She wasn't just a care coordinator, she was our go to safe place. A person we could trust 100%, she became part of our family, Brenda's favourite and a wonderful friend to me. Without her support life would have been so much harder.

Helping Hands stepped in to provide 24 hour care for my husband when I was suddenly taken ill and admitted to hospital. This continued until I was home again in May, and we were eventually able to cut it down to two visits a day. This was invaluable and now thankfully, having just had 1 visit per day,
for them to prepare our dinner, I am now well enough to do everything for us .Helping Hands we're
absolutely wonderful, and I am grateful to know that I can always call on them for help should another emergency arise. All the people are well trained, (my husband has a stoma and could not manage the bag changes himself) and very kind.
I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

A very happy experience with all 4 carers who came to my home. They did the washing, very efficiently, they use their initiative, seeing things needing to be done before I asked them to do them.

A particular staff member has been an absolute blessing in caring for my elderly mother. Her proactive and compassionate approach goes far beyond expectations. She consistently looks for ways to improve my mum's daily routine-from taking her shopping to various supermarkets to ensure she gets the items
she truly enjoys, to defrosting her freezer, and even helping out in the garden.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for this member of staff. Her dedication has been invaluable not only in meeting my mother's day-to-day care needs but, more importantly, in supporting her mental wellbeing. The kindness, patience, and genuine concern she has shown have made a profound difference in my mum's life-and in mine.
I honestly can't express how thankful I am for everything this staff member does. She is a true gem and an outstanding example of what excellent care looks like.

I cannot say how impressed I have been with the level of care I have received. Your carers are trained to a very high standard nothing is too much trouble for them and they are so happy and cheerful and I found them so easy to talk to. Our experience of Helping Hands over the last 18 months that we have used their services to care for our 92 year old mother has been 100% positive, and we would unhesitatingly recommend them.
Our 2 regular Carers, are not only super-efficient, but they always come in smiling and happy, and our Mum

The organisation is also very efficient in our experience, and they will always contact us if there are issues of any kind, and will offer a solution.

Mum's number one carer was brilliant & made a huge positive difference to her life over several years. Mum could be vey difficult but this carer had her eating out of her hands and Mum's only complaint was that this carer couldn't work 7 days a week 52 weeks a year.
