They keep an eye on her health and are very good at communicating with me if they’re worried about Mum. Due to the memory loss, I don’t believe Mum would be safe living alone any longer without Helping Hands. They enable her to stay in the home she loves so much. And they give me the piece of mind to know Mum’s safe.
On the administrative side, they’re very efficient. It’s really useful to have the times of visits each week and who’ll be visiting. Mum doesn’t always remember, but it means I can have a chat each day and remind her who’s visiting. Worth every penny.
