We have been very happy with our carers and the service that Helping Hands Monmouth provides overall. Our carers are kind, considerate and extremely helpful! Communication with the company is always easy and responsive. My husband has a terminal illness, and the respect he is afforded by our carers is very appreciated. As his wife, I also feel that they are looking out for me, too. Wonderful company, and we have already recommended to friends.

The care provided was excellent, but important for me to have some respite from day to day care for my husband, to go on holiday for a week and know he was safe. He was very happy with the care he got.

The communication with the office is spot on rotas sent prompt, and any days changed or canceled spot on! Always smiling friendly carers as well, I feel at ease because I work full time and my wife is in good hands with Helping Hands homecare, I would recommend them to anyone 10/10.

The help we've received from Helping Hands has been invaluable! When seeking care for my elderly father, I found what could be a very stressful experience to be smooth and easy.
