Helping Hands have provided excellent service over the past 6 months for my mother. She has mild dementia but they were wonderful with her, regularly reviewed care, happy to provide extra at short notice, and provided wonderful carers, who actually cared about her. We got phone calls when they were concerned about something and it was very clear the client they were providing care for is to the forefront of everything they do

I use Helping Hands to provide daily care to my mother of 91 years. Mum suffers from dementia and macular degeneration. From the very onset of our relationship with Helping Hands, it was clear that they are a polished, professional organisation who pride themselves in delivering a high standard of care. I cannot fault the level of attention and care provided to my mother. I highly recommend Helping Hands to anyone who finds themselves in a position whereby they require the services of a professional care organisation who goes that one step beyond in delivering a high standard of care to a loved one, and at a competitive rate.

My mum contracted Covid-19 during the pandemic which caused her to also get a minor stroke so unfortunately she can become forgetful at times. So at first i was worried that the domestic staff would not respect my mum, now that she will need extra assistance.

However, i did not need to worry because Lucy and the domestic team are so respectful, patient and understanding. They make things much easier by assisting my mum with her care needs.

They are genuinely some of the most nicest care professionals i have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

After contacting head office we arranged a meet up at my parents to discuss their needs they have had 3/4 familiar carers now for 5 months all have been kind caring and reliable.

I am very pleased with the service and my carer is always punctual, reliable, friendly and helpful.
