All carers are very efficient and caring and go above and beyond with each visit . Time is taken to ensure dad is safe and has all his needs met. If we have to change care at anytime we have always had a fast response. We are very happy with the service dad receives.

I can't thank them enough, they help me so much with my mum, they are really like family at this point, every member of staff they have sent have been amazing, they always make sure my mum is looked after and comfortable, the branch manager Karley is so lovely and checks in regularly, makes sure we have everything we need at all times, also easy to talk to and can never do enough for you, I don't know what I would of done without them, it's hard looking after a loved one , I get guilt I can't do everything myself so when you find a company like this they take that pressure away because i know my mum is in good hands and will be happy, cared for , they are respectful of my mum and her home, they are clean and tidy and respectful of her home too, special thanks to Karley, Claire, Marie and Tia we appreciate you so much and thank you

All the carers who attend to my mum during visits are wonderful!! Kind, caring, compassionate and always professional, they have genuinely had a very positive impact on my mum's wellbeing. The care they provide is second to none, adapting to my mums needs on a daily basis, taking pressure off my dad and giving him some well earned respite. The office girls are fantastic too making booking my mum' s slots for visits a painless task. They also keep me up to date with Rota's with who will be attending for my mums visits and keep me informed of anything they think I should be made aware of. Again, the girls in the office are super professional, very attentive to my mums needs and also really flexible which makes sorting appointments out a breeze. I would recommend Helping Hands to anyone in a similar situation. They are worth every penny and more!!!

From the very first phone call with Larni, everybody at Helping Hands has done their upmost to listen and accommodate our family's needs. All the carers have been kind, helpful and keen to make sure our parents are looked after, as if by ourselves. Excellent service and attentive to my dad's needs. Carers who attend are engaging and make him feel at ease during personal care interventions, he looks forward to their visits and any concerns or issues are reported to me, the office is always on hand to take my calls and I am very happy with the flexibility they offer and solutions of providing an excellent care service.

Helping Hands carers are the best. They are well trained and always work hard throughout every session. They do their best to communicate with my mum and make her feel safe. They can be relied upon to follow the plan regarding medication. I recommend this company.

We have asked for a change in times and more consistent communication which has never materialised. Staff often late don't stay full duration of allotted times.

Helping Hands looked after my dad for a year and now are providing care for my mum, they are excellent from the administration to the staff. The people they employ are so lovely they always make time to chat and nothing is too much trouble. The individuals who provide care use their own initiative which is perfect when you're not used to employing people to help at home. My mum looks forward to them coming and their cheerful demeanour and caring without patronising has helped her to have a more positive attitude since she came out of hospital. Communication and time keeping is also very good.

After providing exceptional help for my Dad before his death, Helping Hands have again been a godsend in providing additional companionship for my mum. The carers are so friendly, approachable and cheerful. Mum looks forward to her regular visits and chats. The help provided is kind, courteous and supportive. They are flexible and responsive. Highly recommend helping hands to anyone who requires professional care

I just can't thank all the staff and carers enough for the service you provide to the friend of mine who is a service user. Over the years Helping Hands have taken the pressure off my role as a carer especially as I have had health issues and a family bereavement and been unable to provide the care I should have for my friend. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile for me.

I honestly don't know what I would do without them especially as I have now reached retirement and just don't have the energy to do it on my own any more. I would highly recommend them to care for your loved ones and feel completely reassured when I know my friend is under their care.

My parents recently moved to the Rochdale Branch of Helping Hands and have care help twice daily morning and night. The carers are wonderful ! They always polite, punctual, caring and compassionate. Mum and Dad both look forward to their visits. As much as possible the same carers are sent so real friendships have blossomed with them, they know the routine and Dad doesn't get confused with unfamiliar faces. The managers in the office are wonderful too, respond quickly and are very approachable. I would highly recommend Helping Hands Rochdale.

Care, compassion, dignity and trustworthy. Mum has a lovely team of carers visiting her 2x daily they enable her with activities of daily living and keep her hat clean and tidy. It gives the family peace of mind to know that someone is calling to check she is eating/ drinking and taking her meds. We would not hesitate to recommend this company - management are efficient and always there if needed for changes to rotas nothing is a problem.

3) I understand that the volume of traffic is ever increasing creating a challenge for carers time keeping. The issue of the time a carer should or should not attend the premises has been addressed more than once. This may be singularly relevant to my mother who liked her tea at a particular time to reduce stress on her heart.
