The Helping Hands service was really helpful for my mother to regain her confidence following a hospital stay, whilst giving reassurance to me that someone would be checking up on her. All the carers that visited were punctual, friendly and caring.

Highly recommended. Everyone in the team honestly cares. I've been my Mum's primary carer since I moved her in with me over five years ago, but for the last year Mum's needed carers to come in during the days I work, and each one has been brilliant, contacting me immediately with any questions or concerns, and they go out of their way to make sure Mum is reassured and safe. I've asked them to come in and sleep over for two nights one weekend, and that too went perfectly smoothly, not least because the team's internal communications are so diligent. And if you have any concerns, they listen and deal with them immediately. 10 out of 10 for organization and communication, 10 out of 10 for caring.

Good overall, although a few of the carers seem to choose when they turn up. They are always within the 15-minute late/early slot, but some seem to always turn up with 5 minutes to spare and after the second carer has almost finished with my father. Having said this, all of the carers are polite, friendly and seem to care.

Mum has been using Helping Hands services for the past 5 months following a hospital stay left her needing some additional support. All the team have been excellent, not only do they provide confidence for personal care but also help Mum with the day to day tasks to enable her to retain her independence at home. For myself , Helping Hands gives me comfort in knowing that Mum gets a 'welfare check' every day as well as a friendly face to chat to and ensure all is well.

I requested some respite help for my mum 3 years ago and was well pleased with the care and support, and the whole staff and management team. We now require daily support, which has so far been excellent. My mum is treated with respect, kindness and dignity. The care staff are very good with Mum. Mangement were also very good to Mum and were able to accommodate our needs in a short time.

The Helping Hands carers built up such lovely relationships with Mum. They treated her with dignity and respect and she enjoyed their company. In her last days it was a comfort to know that we were all being supported by their kindness and professionalism.

We have been happy with the care provided for our mum. The carers have all been friendly and helpful. Helping Hands were very responsive and accommodative when we needed extra visits at relatively short notice.

Helping Hands Carers are always there for my Auntie with just the best, most caring, above and beyond service that you can imagine. I'm so glad we found Helping Hands as their entire team are fantastic. They all truly care about my Auntie, giving extra time when it is required. My husband always says you get what you pay for, Helping hands are very very good value for money.

Overall, it's not too bad. Over the months, there has been a few problems with certain members of staff that has been resolved with the management. Hopefully, the treatment will now be stable.

Niamh is very helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm very pleased when I see her; she always treats me with dignity. All in all, she is very good.
