Overall Experience

Overall Experience

As a family we are extremely pleased with the level of care received by Mum. Most importantly she is very happy with the carers particularly their attitude and the way they respectfully listen to her needs and wishes. We would definitely recommend Helping Hands Newark.

Helping Hands Carers are always there for my Auntie with just the best, most caring, above and beyond service that you can imagine. Overall Experience

Overall, it's not too bad. Over the months, there has been a few problems with certain members of staff that has been resolved with the management. Hopefully, the treatment will now be stable.

Overall Experience

Mum had care mainly on only 1 day per week and once for a full week whilst I was away. The carers were always punctual and well aware of the care that was needed for Mum. Mum was not always easy to care for as she was reluctant to have help. However staff were always very friendly, patient and persevered

with her. Mum was treated with dignity and spoken to in a good way even though she struggled to communicate well with people. We were happy with the care that Mum received and as such my mother in law will be using the company soon.

I am very happy with the care that mum has received from Helping Hands. The carers are kind and patient - as she has dementia. They are friendly, and she looks forward to seeing them. 1) Regular carers v good, caring, competent and good rapport with client.
2) Management re rotas better now & action taken more quickly now, some have left the office.
3) HHH Care (W Bridgeford) is misleading as the office in Beeton.
4) Carers are sometimes anxious and under pressure to work quickly

It is difficult to overstate the exceptional level of care provided to my mum by the individual carers. They are kind, efficient, thoughtful & very attuned to mum's complex needs. I find the service very good and helpful. The carers are polite and helpful, care in particular is first class. They always arrive on time and do tasks that I ask for them. My only wish is that I had one carer only not a mixture. I know that is a problem but in an ideal world it would help.

Overall Experience

All the care we received was outstanding. Always on time, nothing was ever too much for them to do. The carers were always very passionate about the care that they gave, always made time to sit and chat with them, and made the client feel relaxed and at ease. Dad always looked forward to them coming,

they made him smile/laugh which made his day. I will always be thankful to them all for that.

Overall Experience

I'm pleased to say that my care in the last three months has been extremely good. I've had help each morning and evening by several carers who have all been pleasant, very helpful and looked after my needs in an efficient and friendly way. They have all helped me to recover from my recent stroke and

to get back to be able to care for myself as well as possible.
I now have decided that I can manage on my own with help from family and would like to thank everyone concerned for their care and encouragement.
