Overall Experience

The care my grandmother has recieved has been outstanding, the carers are friendly and polite.
My grandmother said that they brighten up her day. She looks forward to there visits. The office staff have been fantastic.
They accommodate changes when required and have kept in contact with family.

Overall Experience

Mum has been using Helping Hands services for the past 5 months following a hospital stay left her needing some additional support. All the team have been excellent, not only do they provide confidence for personal care but also help Mum with the day to day tasks to enable her to retain her independence

at home. For myself , Helping Hands gives me comfort in knowing that Mum gets a 'welfare check' every day as well as a friendly face to chat to and ensure all is well.

Overall Experience

I requested some respite help for my mum 3 years ago and was well pleased with the care and support, and the whole staff and management team. We now require daily support, which has so far been excellent. My mum is treated with respect, kindness and dignity. The care staff are very good with Mum. Mangement

were also very good to Mum and were able to accommodate our needs in a short time.

Overall Experience

The Helping Hands carers built up such lovely relationships with Mum. They treated her with dignity and respect and she enjoyed their company. In her last days it was a comfort to know that we were all being supported by their kindness and professionalism.

Overall Experience

We have been happy with the care provided for our mum. The carers have all been friendly and helpful. Helping Hands were very responsive and accommodative when we needed extra visits at relatively short notice.

Overall Experience

Helping Hands Carers are always there for my Auntie with just the best, most caring, above and beyond service that you can imagine. I'm so glad we found Helping Hands as their entire team are fantastic. They all truly care about my Auntie, giving extra time when it is required. My husband always says

you get what you pay for, Helping hands are very very good value for money.

Overall Experience

Overall, it's not too bad. Over the months, there has been a few problems with certain members of staff that has been resolved with the management. Hopefully, the treatment will now be stable.

Overall Experience

Mum had care mainly on only 1 day per week and once for a full week whilst I was away. The carers were always punctual and well aware of the care that was needed for Mum. Mum was not always easy to care for as she was reluctant to have help. However staff were always very friendly, patient and persevered

with her. Mum was treated with dignity and spoken to in a good way even though she struggled to communicate well with people. We were happy with the care that Mum received and as such my mother in law will be using the company soon.

I am very happy with the care that mum has received from Helping Hands. The carers are kind and patient - as she has dementia. They are friendly, and she looks forward to seeing them. I appreciate that they are proactive in thinking about what needs to be done, and will immediately alert me if they

Overall Experience

1) Regular carers v good, caring, competent and good rapport with client.
2) Management re rotas better now & action taken more quickly now, some have left the office.
3) HHH Care (W Bridgeford) is misleading as the office in Beeton.
4) Carers are sometimes anxious and under pressure to work quickly

cos of insufficient travel time between clients.
