Overall Experience

I am very pleased with the service that my sister is receiving from the Dartford branch of Helping Hands. I am particularly impressed with the way in which they provide and accommodate for the needs of the client and also take a personal interest in the care they think the client needs, which the client

themselves may well have not thought about. Leza and Adele's attitudes are both of a caring nature and concern for the client, as well as being very professional and respectful to all concerned.

I would most certainly recommend Helping Hands to anyone in need of home carers, as the Company is very well organised and efficiently run.

Overall Experience

Helping hands have been the greatest support for both my mother and father in law but also to the whole family. The staff have always been caring and supportive. Adele went above and beyond to fully understand the family set up and situation to help my father in law maintain his independence and dignity

whilst also making sure the families care concerns were supported.

Overall Experience

We have been using Helping Hands for just 1 week to provide care and cleaning services for my father. Dad loves having a lovely clean home and can't speak highly enough of the woman who has been cleaning for him, it's enabling to live in his own home with dignity. He is also receiving week day visits

to ensure he has eaten and taken medication. He is already getting to know the main carer, who comes 3 days a week and enjoys chatting with him. The service is flexible and caring. As I don't live locally it has been such a relief to me to have someone checking in on dad and helping him maintain his independence.

Helping hands are amazing. Adele is very helpful and was very accommodating of my mum's needs. The carers were superb and always courteous to my mum. They couldn't do enough for her at all times. We were very grateful for their support.

I am an 'interested' person and I think the awareness of the staff and the overall level of their ability to converse on a range of subjects is a big psychological plus. There was some, inevitable, variation in their handling the feeding machine but this has improved. Their reliability generally is

Helping hands have been an absolute Godsend. My mother and father benefit from an hour a day with one of the lovely ladies who genuinely care. I am very happy. Mum in particular has the benefit of valuable social contact as well as help with chores etc.

My mum needed the help of carers after she had a fall in the garden.The jobs the carers provided help with were making meals, washing up , hair washing and any other assistance my mum needed while they were there. I came to Kent for a week's holiday. I am disabled and my husband suffers from stress. The help I received in the morning was having a shower and getting dressed. All the carers were excellent at this and also helped me with other task. This was not only great for me but helped my husband enjoy his

holiday too as he finds showering me very stressful.

Helping Hands have just been utterly brilliant. I broke my arm at the end of June, and living alone has meant that I've needed help with things like washing my hair and changing my bedding. From the first visit from Steph to talk about what I needed, to each and every one of the carers I've had, the

service has been amazing. I never thought I'd need carers in my 50's! But it's been a great experience in the circumstances so thank you all so very much.

My husband has Lewy Body Dementia, so he likes to have continuity. Mostly, he has the same regular carer who is excellent and has built up a good relationship with him. While she has been off following a car accident, the 3 replacement carers have also been really good in the way they interact with

and care for him. They always discuss any concerns with his health and personal hygiene with me, and help in any way they can.

Really god experience with using Helping Hands for the care needs of our father.
It was a simple process to agree the level and frequency of support needed. While dad seemed to have one or two favourite carers, all of those supporting him were sympathetic to his ever changing needs, and went beyond

the expected level of support as our father's situation worsened.
I would definitely recommend Helping Hands to others and the only reason that I haven't given 5 stars is due to the difficulty trying to access the daily updates on the App. But that wasn't for the want of trying on Helping Hands part.

Well done and thank you to the manager and the Dartford team.
