The decision Mum and I made to appoint Right at Home RV to help us with mum's care needs has been one of the best decisions we could've made. It has allowed mum to stay in her own home, whilst fully supported.
The difference in mum's physical and mental well being is quite remarkable. She feels happy and safe in her own home, with someone else to chat to other than me. It has helped re-establish our relationship as mother and daughter, rather than me being her primary carer.
The peace of mind it has brought me and my husband is immeasurable, allowing us to relax a little, enjoy our lives without the constant need to look after and worry about mum.

I would and indeed have recommended your services and carers to anyone who has been in need of assistance with their loved ones.

Overall Experience
RAH Chichester have been providing care, support and reassurance to both parents over a number of years. Not being local, having good communication, flagging of concerns and feedback from the carers has provided peace of mind. Nothing is too much trouble, from drs appointments to getting milk, sorting out the printer and even clearing up after burnt toast.

RAH have worked with us to ensure the continued independence and safety of our parents.

My Mum's care and support needs have been variable and changing over the last year and we wanted care than can respond to this with flexibility and understanding. She was transitioning from established carer relationships to new carers which was also a concern and stress for her and myself. This review applies to Right at Home for all of 2025 thru to present date. Right at Home provide care visits for my elderly mother and help her maintain a qualitive lifestyle at 95+ in her own home. All the team at RaH are caring, knowlegable and ever so friendly - they are both patient and driven to ensure each visit is special. My mother is so impressed and looks forward to their visits with great enthuisisam which is completley replicated by RaH! I can throughly recommend them.

I am leaving a review for Right at Home as I believe it is by far the best caring company in Leeds (he had three previous ones).
They have been looking after my uncle for the past four years ensuring he managed to stay at home, as was his wishes, until his recent passing.
The compassion, reliability and peace of mind that they gave him, and indeed me, are to be commended.
A professionally run business who cant do enough, not just for their clients, but also for the people who have taken on the caring duties of an elderly relation.
I cannot praise them highly enough and I only wish I had found them earlier.

I had a great experience with Right at Home. My carer was fantastic (I am not allowed to share names, but I hope she is acknowledged). She was knowledgeable, experienced and definitely made sure I accomplished what was needed even when I did not want to... kindly, of course! I found the communication to be by far the best I have seen from other care groups and with a unique illness and needs, they were able to tailor to me as I needed. Right at Home is a professional home care group that will advocate, support and handle so many medical communications and needs, that I would have been at a loss without them. I would highly recommend them!

Mum really looked forward to her visits from her Right at Home care ladies, they were always so cheery, helpful and made sure
Mum was comfortable and felt safe. She enjoyed their cheerful chats and news about what was happening in the world. There were a lot of jobs around her house mum couldn't manage which she felt comfortable asking her visiting lady to do, be it sorting her cupboards out, cleaning, making sure her bathroom was clean and safe as well as her bedroom, all done enthusiastically. They also would stay a little longer if mum needed, which I found very reassuring. Knowing mum had such competent ladies visiting her daily was peace of mind for me, and Anna (manager) at my local office, more than once listened to my worries about mum and gave me some good advice (and I'm
sure lowered my blood pressure).

Mum will miss her care ladies from RAH very much and we both are very grateful for their care and friendship. Thank you , from Maureen Blackham and Lesley Barrett.

We have been using Right at Home to help care for my mum,who has alzheimer,s for a while now and are extremely happy with the care she receives. The same two companions come every day during the week which was important for mum so she got to know them. It really means a lot to see how happy mum is when she sees them, her face lights up and that means so much to us as a family.
Every day they take mum out to various places where they know mum recognises and we feel Right at Home have provided excellent care and have listened to everything we asked for so a big Thankyou to Mark

Our lives were at a very low ebb, my caring alone for my wife, Beryl, was becoming very difficult with the mood swings that Alzheimer's can inflict on a loved one. Then after a Q&A with a man, my mind was made up, for he was from Right at Home. RAH's arrival changed our lives, making the last 2 years as memorable in a good way as the rest of our 41-year marriage. We had 4 "angels" Lesley, Marion, Stacy and Larisa. They all brought joy and good cheer with them on every visit to care for Beryl. After a spell in hospital and discharge, Adriana made it clear, "no matter when Beryl is home, we will be there". Always visits lifted our spirits, joyful noises, laughter, smiles never-ending. The Q&A was with Alister. Thank you to all at RAH.

I cannot praise Right At Home (Grantham) enough for their thoughtful, kind and professional approach. The carers have all been amazing, definitely of the highest quality!! The management team respond quickly and in the friendliest manner. Definitely 5 stars all the way!

Overall Experience

Twice a month we have a visit from a friendly lady/carer who helps to bath my wife. It's a visit we both look forward to and whoever is on duty that day (although usually the same person), it's always a pleasure a see them, smiling and cheerful. They always treat my wife with dignity and regularly bring a little sunshine into her day.

Overall Experience

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. It's of great comfort to me knowing my elderly uncle is being so well looked after and happy. Nothing has been too much trouble for the team and they are always there to step in and go beyond when needed. I'd definitely recommend them.
