Since Bluebird Rotherham took over my mothers care my mum is alot happier there has been less issues and shes sleeping better the staff are super friendly and helpful nothing is too much
Since Bluebird Care (Rotherham) took over my wifes care fulltime the difference in care quality is drastic. My wife is much calmer and sleeps better, and no job is too big or small for the care team they are always happy to help.
All in all, a very positive experience and we've recommended Bluebird to friends.

From the first meeting with Marco and his team at Bluebird we have had a very professional and high level of service throughout.
The personal care and friendship delivered by all the staff was exemplary and we would recommend them to anyone in need of care. Indeed, we used them when my 90 year old father needed care, he then sadly passed away. Two years later we used Bluebird to support my 91 year old mother-in-law. She then had a stroke and sadly passed away. More recently we have used them with my 93 year old mother who has stage 4 cancer with its many complications. In each instance the care providers became friends and a source of calm support and medical care demonstrating that for the Bluebird team it is a vocation not merely 9-5 work.
I do not usually give reviews. But Bluebird are different, very different. The staff are driven to provide the best care possible so it is without hesitation that I would recommend them to you and your loved ones.

All of the management and care staff were proactive in providing the necessary care and support to my mother in law aged 96 in her home setting. They all liaised with family members with care and empathy to help to keep mum safe, including notifications to medical and social services as appropriate.
I can not thank Bluebird Care enough for their level of care, understanding and support from the very first phone call to now. All my questions and concerns were answered with empathy and reassurance. From the first day of their care commencing my husband was finally treated with the patience, care, understand and dignity he deserved. The care provided is a million times better than what was in place previously. The carers have remained consistant and reliable throughout and at long last I feel supported. I am safe in the knowledge that we are both being looked after at an extremely difficult time. If you want the best for your loved ones, I cannot recommend Bluebird Care highly enough.
I have been with Bluebird for over two years now, and I can say my experience has been mostly positive. The carers normally arrive on time and are all willing to help me with a few things that wheelchair users like me struggle with. I have made friends with some of the carers and greatly appreciate their support and professionalism.
There is one complaint I can give: it can sometimes feel like Chinese whispers with carers; while I understand that new hcarers will always need to be introduced and shown was a client needs from them, I get that, but sometimes I feel like a little communication between the carers would solve this quickly. this.
Communication errors can also occur with management, as sometimes they change my times with little to no communication, which, as a university student and a disabled user, is very inconvenient.

We continue to be delighted with the Bluebird team of carers who come to Margaret. They are punctual and professionally dressed and, despite having a long and hard day continue to be cheerful. They always try to involve Margaret in conversation - often difficult because of her poor hearing and have done so much to get her standing again - and this despite the hospital saying she would never stand again! Thanks to their contribution the hoist has gone and is replaced by the Sara Stedy, much to Margaret's satisfaction. Even neighbours comment on their punctuality and professional uniform . The care staff have always been friendly, courteous, with attention to communication, listening to the client and explaining to her what is happening and soliciting her opinion. The care manager has overseen things well, being responsive, rapid and efficient, communicating with us and with other healthcare professionals directly to get the appropriate interventions when needed. Safety and rules are taken seriously and any hiccups quickly ironed out.
She is never rushed or made to feel like a hindrance and we are forever grateful for each and everyone of you
After unsatisfactory experiences with another company, working with Bluebird is a whole other level of care. Punctual arrivals and departures, timely advisories of changes, great levels of communication, a willingness to discuss any issues, however small, and most importantly, a team of carers who are closely vetted, highly trained, and the best in their field. Warm, cheery, friendly, thoroughly professional without being officious, and diverse personalities who have in common a genuine empathy and compassion in their DNA.
