Our annual Home Care Awards 2021 recognises 20 of the top rated Home Care Providers in each region of the UK based on reviews from service users/clients and their family/friends.

The Awards are based on the Provider's Review Score, as of 30th April 2021, for a full breakdown of a Provider's Review Score please visit the 'Reviews' tab on its profile page.

Please note there is no ranking within each of the Top 20 Home Care awards. The current provider review scores on the website do not reflect the review scores at the time of the awards.

Eligibility Criteria for Individual Home Care Providers:

• 1) Care providers must have at least 5 reviews published between 1st May 2020 and 30th April 2021
• 2) Care providers must have at least 5 reviews published between 1st May 2020 and 30th April 2021
• 3) Care providers will not be eligible for an award if there are any compliance issues with their regulatory authority at the time of the announcement of the Awards - to see the eligibility criteria for your regulatory authority please click here
• 4) If a care provider receives a downgraded rating and is put into special measures within the year following the awards announcement, the award will be removed from the profile page
• 5) Care providers found to be breaching our review policy prior to or following the awards (e.g. we discover fraudulent activity) will be excluded from the awards or have their award withdrawn

Eligibility Criteria for Care Home Groups:

• 1) The awards are based on the review score as of the published cut-off date, not your position as listed on the website (please note that the review score can change on the website at any time up to and after the award cut-off point). The Group Review Score is derived from the average of all the Review Scores of its Members with a Review Score. 75%+ Members of the Group must have a Review Score before a Group Review Score can be achieved
• 2) If a care provider receives a downgraded rating and is put into special measures within the year following the awards announcement, the award will be removed from the profile page (for groups if this puts them below the 75% requirement, the award logo will be removed)
